  1. Make a pose of doing meditation, padmasana sitting pose is appropriate for meditation.
  2. Keep your hands on the knee, keeping the spine straight.
  3. Close eyes and lose your body.
  4. Take a deep breath. (your stomach will look out a bit from your body)
  5. Exhale, and pull the stomach inward.
  6. In this sequence, take the breath 20 times and leave it out.
  7. After completion of Kapalbhati, sit in a state of peace for 1 minute and feel peace in the mind.

1. If you have a problem with back pain, then do not do Kapalbhati Pranayama.

2. Do not exert much strength while exhaling.

3. People suffering from heart disease, vertigo should not do this pranayama.

4. Pregnant women should not do this pranayama without the advice of a doctor.

5. After the practice of Kapalabhati, do yoga or asanas to calm the body.

6. Do not eat immediately after doing Kapalabhati Pranayama.
