First, sign in to your Microsoft 365 account and make sure that your user account has mailbox Import and Export permission.

  • Once the installation of the Azure AzCopy tool is completed, run the “Command Prompt” on your device and run the following commands as shown in the picture below.
  • After the upload is completed, tick the “I am done uploading my files” and “I have access to the mapping file” checkboxes and click next.
  • Click on “Upload file” and upload the mapping file in CSV format. If you can’t create the mapping file, you can follow Microsoft’s guide.
  • After you upload the mapping file, click on “Validate.”
  • Once it’s done, you will see the page “Upload to the cloud succeeded.”
